Additional Guests (over 9 people) any age may be accommodate with approval at the time the reservation is made for $20 per night per person or $100 per week per person.
Each Townhome has two futons in the living room that can be used for additional guest sleeping.
All rates are subject to state and local taxes - tax rate is 8.375% (includes 1% local lodging tax and 0.5% transportation tax).
DEPOSIT - 1 night if daily rate or $1,000 if weekly rate balance due at time of arrival.
Each Townhome includes dock access & one Boat-lift - additional lifts may be available - Please reserve at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellation Policy:
- When you make your reservation, you are purchasing that time slot.
- Guests with confirmed reservation are responsible for the cost of the entire length of the reservation.
- Receipt of your deposit confirmation commits you to this policy.
- Deposits apply towards your rental rate.
- Deposit is fully refundable and reservation responsibility is transferred if you find a replacement party.
- Deposits are not refundable under any other condition.
